About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Abu Dhabi at Commitment Contracting and General Maintenance. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and implementing construction plans and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The Construction Project Manager will also supervise construction teams and contractors as well as communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related field
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to read blueprints, architectural and engineering drawings, and technical specifications
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project
Professional certification in project management is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
